Adaptive Pistol 3 (Advanced) Low Light / 6 Hour - 1 Day Course

*HANDHELD LIGHT REQUIRED*

Description - (We only allow 10 students in any given class, to provide everyone the attention they deserve)

Adaptive Pistol 3 is designed to give the advanced shooter the proper handgun techniques in low to no light conditions. Starting with mindset, the class focuses on the core foundation of accuracy, acceptable accuracy under dynamic stress, and how to effectively balance speed and accuracy with proper weapon manipulation in low light with practical scenarios.

*This is an advanced applications class. PRIOR Adaptive Pistol 2, Adaptive Concealed Applications Class or reputable training required.

Recommended & Required Equipment

Students provide their own gun and ammo: 500rds Handgun ammo minimum.

Hardware - A functional and practical handgun chambered in 9mm, .40 cal, 357 SIG, 5.7, 10MM or .45 ACP. If available, a spare weapon system is also an excellent idea. Each student should have a minimum of 5 working magazines. Single stack guns should have double.

  • HANDHELD LIGHT REQUIRED
  • Note pad, and pen/pencil
  • Weapon Light or Flashlight (w/Replacement Batteries)
  • Clothing suited to strenuous activity as well as being seasonally appropriate
  • Rain gear / cold weather gear (seasonal)
  • Ear pro (electronic preferred) / Eye pro
  • Baseball style hat recommended
  • Proper belt to support equipment
  • A holster and magazine pouch that will retain equipment when moving
  • Tools that work on your weapon
  • Weapons lube
  • Water
  • Knee and elbow pads (recommended)
  • Gloves (optional)
  • An open mind
