Adaptive Pistol Off Hand (Intermediate/Advanced) / 5 Hour (Summer) 6 Hour (Winter)- 1 Day Course

Description - (We only allow 14 students in any given class, to provide everyone the attention they deserve)

Adaptive Off Hand is designed to give the intermediate or advanced shooter the proper handgun fundamentals utilizing there Off Hand. Non of us like to practice what we are not good at. This class is designed around using our off hand throughout the course. This puts everyone in the same boat in a training environment where we can utilize and focus in making our off hand just as good as our dominate.

Recommended Equipment

Students provide their own gun and ammo: 350 rds Handgun ammo minimum.

Hardware - A functional and practical handgun chambered in 22LR, .380, 9mm, .40 cal, 357 SIG, 5.7, 10MM or .45 ACP. If available, a spare weapon system is also an excellent idea. Each student should have a minimum of 4 working magazines. Single stack guns should have double.

  • Note pad, and pen/pencil
  • Clothing suited to strenuous activity as well as being seasonally appropriate
  • Rain gear / cold weather gear (seasonal)
  • Ear pro (electronic preferred) / Eye pro
  • Baseball style hat recommended
  • Proper belt to support equipment
  • A holster and magazine pouch that will retain equipment when moving
  • Tools that work on your weapon
  • Weapons lube
  • Water
  • Knee and elbow pads (recommended)
  • Gloves (optional)
  • An open mind
