Be the help before help arrives.
Every Day Medicine (EDM) is a practical, 8-hour trauma response course designed for everyday people—not medics. Whether you're a concealed carrier, parent, outdoor enthusiast, or armed professional, this class gives you the confidence and capability to act decisively during medical emergencies.

This is not a certification class. It’s a hands-on, reality-driven experience focused on real-world trauma care—bridging the critical gap between injury and professional response.


📋 Course Overview

Duration: 8 hours (single-session format)
Capacity: Maximum 16 students for focused, hands-on learning
Audience: Open to all skill levels — no medical background needed
Start: Includes the MMEESS Brief (Mindset, Medical, Emergency, Environment, Safety, Schedule), reframed for everyday trauma response and bystander care

Scene assessment & personal safety
Bleeding control: tourniquets, pressure bandages, hemostatic agents
Airway basics and maintaining breathing
• Movement and casualty positioning techniques
• Treating gunshot wounds, punctures, lacerations, and blunt trauma
• Building and customizing your own IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit)
• Trauma response under active threat or home defense situations
Calling for help effectively and providing calm communication under pressure
Mental aftermath: emotional processing and post-incident awareness


🎒 Recommended Gear

No firearms required
• Bring your personal med kit/IFAK if available (not required)
• Notebook + pen
• Water and weather-appropriate clothing
• Optional: Gloves, trauma shears, knee pads
